99x0 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") provides an online Sports Betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services offered by the Platform.

By registering, opening an account, or using any of our services at 99x0, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we ask that you refrain from using our services.

• Opening multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is prohibited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately to support@99x0.ws. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

99x0 supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000. Additional verification may be required for larger withdrawal amounts.

For irregular or suspicious transactions, 99x0 may delay payments or request additional documentation. We actively monitor all transactions as part of our anti-money laundering efforts.

The following rules apply when placing bets at 99x0. Complying with these terms ensures all outcomes are settled without issue.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the Cash Out feature is available and you choose to use it.
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳20, and the maximum varies depending on the event.
• Odds are subject to change at any time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If a bet cannot be placed before a match begins, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 99x0 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• The Platform is not liable for any bets lost due to internet disruptions during live betting.

Sports Betting outcomes are settled based on officially announced results. In the event of any dispute, 99x0's decision is final. Rules for specific events will be listed separately on the relevant pages.

99x0's bonuses and promotions are designed with our users in mind. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only and can be claimed once.
• To claim a bonus, any applicable promo code must be entered at the time of registration.
• The wagering requirement for bonuses is typically 10–30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be used on all bet types — restrictions may apply to specific events or categories.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Intentionally losing bets or engaging in arbitrage to exploit bonus offers is strictly prohibited.

99x0 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. However, bonuses already issued will remain subject to the terms under which they were granted.

The following activities are clear violations of 99x0's terms and conditions. Any account found engaging in such activities will be suspended immediately.

• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Claiming bonus benefits from multiple accounts.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting money laundering or engaging in suspicious financial activity.
• Sharing your account with other users or allowing a third party to operate it.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive conduct toward platform staff.

99x0 monitors all transactions and betting patterns. We reserve the right to report unusual activity to the relevant authorities.

99x0 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Upon evidence of a terms and conditions violation.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Users may request account closure at any time. In such cases, the real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded. Closure requests must be sent to support@99x0.ws.

• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any significant changes take effect.

• If you do not agree, request account closure and withdraw your balance.
